Shipping Policy – MD Factor Beauty & Wellness
General Shipping Info
All products are shipped from our U.S. warehouse. Orders are processed within eight business hours and shipped using the mailing carrier selected at checkout. Most orders placed before 3 PM PST ship the same day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the following business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email with real-time tracking information once your order has shipped. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder just in case.
Local postal service delays may occur depending on your location. Some areas may experience disruptions due to weather conditions, public holidays, or changes to the postal network.
Free Shipping & Delivery Estimates
We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $99 and international orders over $199. Delivery time is typically 3–5 business days within the U.S. and 7–14 days internationally. If you have not received your order within 14 days, please get in touch with us.
For international orders over $150, we reserve the right to select the shipping carrier and method. For expedited or express shipping, please get in touch with us to arrange and pay the additional fees.

At MD, we understand that unexpected events can occur during the shipping process. That’s why we offer ROUTE at checkout—to protect your package against loss, damage, or theft. Click “Yes” at checkout to activate coverage.
Benefits include:

- Coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages
- Instant issue resolution and dedicated customer support
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of your order. Review your package upon delivery and contact ROUTE if you encounter any issues. We highly recommend adding ROUTE for all domestic and international orders, especially those with specific requirements.
Cancellations & Refunds
To cancel your order, please call 1-888-882-5788 or email customercare@md-factor.com within 24 hours of purchase at no additional charge.
If your cancellation request is received after 24 hours and the order has already shipped, a $25 restocking fee will apply. If the order has already left the U.S., we regret that we cannot cancel it.
Lost, Damaged, or Returned Packages
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages handled by USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Please select ROUTE protection at checkout if you desire insurance coverage.
If your package hasn’t arrived within 3 weeks (domestic) or 6 weeks (international), contact us, and we’ll guide you on filing a claim.
Returned Mail: If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the re-shipping fees. We’ll contact you to verify the correct address and resend once the fees are paid.
Refused or Unclaimed Mail: If the package is unclaimed or refused, we will issue a refund only for the product cost (excluding shipping), and only if the package is returned to us.
International Orders
We ship to 20+ countries globally. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item or shipping price and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Due to different country regulations, MD is not responsible for lost, delayed, held, or damaged international shipments. Refunds cannot be issued for packages held or lost in customs.
If your country is excluded or charges higher shipping fees, we will notify you via email. For complete protection, please choose ROUTE insurance during checkout.
